Kevin James has been making us laugh for years and now he brings both his comedic and dramatic talents to the big screen in Here Comes the Boom. James wrote, produced and stars in the film about a high school biology teacher who looks to become a successful mixed-martial arts fighter in an effort to raise money to prevent extra-curricular activities from being axed at his cash-strapped school.

Tribute.ca spoke with Kevin in Los Angeles about where he got the idea for the film, training to become a mixed martial artist and what it was like to work opposite veteran actor Henry Winkler -- known to millions of people around the world as "The Fonz."
