I loved or hated a movie. Where can I write a review?

Tickets:

Can I buy tickets online?
You bet. TributeMovies.com partners with Fandango.com to provide ticketing to theaters in the U.S. that have online ticketing enabled. You can purchase tickets on any page that displays tickets. The showtimes will show up as links from the theater showtime pages if tickets are available for a particular showtime. Keep in mind that not all theaters have online ticketing available. For example, the show could be sold out or not available for online purchase.

How/where do I buy tickets online?
You can buy tickets on almost any movie times page. Go to the movie times page of your favorite theater by typing your theater's name in the Search box, or by clicking on Search by Theater. If your theater offers online tickets (not all theaters do), you'll ticket icons on each showtime. Click on the showtimes button for the screening time you want, and then follow the instructions to buy tickets.

My ticket didn't print. What do I do?
Easy there, don't panic! Did you get an email confirmation? Check to see if you received that and if you did, you can print it out and take it to the theater along with the credit card you used.

I didn't get an email confirmation/How do I know if my order was processed?
We hate when this happens, but it might have gone into your spam or junk mail folder. If you don't find it there, log into your Fandango account. If you have an account, your ticket(s) will also be stored in your account under purchase history. If you checked out as a guest, create an account to view your purchase history. Just sign up for an account with the same email address you used during checkout and this will automatically link your previous purchases to your new account. You can also contact the Fandango support team at 1-800-326-3264 or visit support.fandango.com

How do I get a refund or exchange?
From your email confirmation, under the headline ‘Change of Plans,’ click on the ‘Change it up’ link. The link will navigate you to the sign-in page. (If you don't have an account, create one using the same email address that you used to purchase the tickets). Select either refund or exchange and click on ‘Continue’ and then ‘Complete.’ You should receive a confirmation page.

Movie times:

When are movie times updated? Why can't I get certain future movie times (for example, for the upcoming weekend on Wednesday or before)?
We update movie times three times a day, so as soon as the theater owners decide on the times they will appear on the website. Please keep in mind that movies generally change weekly on Fridays, so early in the week theater owners may not have decided on the following week's schedule. New movie times for the upcoming week may not be posted until Wednesday or Thursday.

How long will a particular movie be playing in theaters?
There is no way to predict how long any movie will play at a particular theater. It depends on the theater and how popular the film is. Please keep checking our movie times.

I went to see a movie and you had it listed, but it wasn't playing yet.
Some theaters determine movie times more than a week in advance. Please check the drop down date option to check all future movie times. Please make sure that the listing says that it's playing on the day you're planning to go. For example, if you want to go on Thursday, but the movie times are listed as Friday to Wednesday, then the movie isn't playing until Friday.

I want to see a particular movie, can you tell me when it will be coming to my theater?
Each theater selects the movies that will be screened at their cinemas. As soon as we have confirmation of the film's dates and showtimes, we will update our site. So keep checking our site for updates.

I went to see a movie and the showtimes were wrong and/or I went to see a movie but it didn't have 3D screenings like it said on the website.
We post the movie times provided by the theaters. Please email us if this happens and we will notify the theater and investigate what happened. Our movie times cover all U.S. theaters/movies and we pride ourselves on the accuracy of our movie times data.

What does No Passes mean?
That means if you have a free pass to get into a movie, you can't use it for that movie. Gift certificates are still accepted for these movies.

I have a theater and I would like TributeMovies.com to display my movie times, how do I submit them?
If you own a theater and want your theater and movie times displayed, please email: [email protected].

I loved or hated a movie. Where can I write a review?

What do the ratings mean?
Rated G: General audiences – All ages admitted. Nothing that would offend parents for viewing by children.
Rated PG: Parental guidance suggested – Some material may not be suitable for children. Parents urged to give "parental guidance." May contain some material parents might not like for their young children.
Rated PG-13: Parents strongly cautioned – Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13. Parents are urged to be cautious. Some material may be inappropriate for pre-teenagers.
Rated R: Restricted – Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian. Contains some adult material. Parents are urged to learn more about the film before taking their young children with them.
Rated NC-17: Adults Only – No one 17 and under admitted. Clearly adult. Children are not admitted.
Some movies may have extra warnings on them to explain why they received a specific rating, such as Profanity; Alcohol, Drugs and Smoking; Sex and Nudity; Frightening and Intense Scenes; Violence and Gore; and Strong Sexual Content.

Why don't you list the movie ratings on each movie page?
When you look up a movie or a theater in showtimes, the rating of the movie will appear beside the title.

How can I find out which movies have closed captioning (CC), Descriptive Video Service for the hearing impaired (DVS) or other hearing or seeing assisted devices?
Movies are not closed captioned, however some theaters have devices to help seeing or hearing. Where theaters have provided this information, we show it on the showtimes pages. You can also contact the theater directly by finding the phone number for the theater on the showtimes pages, or by using the TributeMovies.com search box to search the name of theater.
This is an underserviced part of the film industry, which the industry is working to correct.

I would like to contact a celebrity. Can you provide me with a contact?
