It was an exciting journey to the old japan. The play of the japanese players captivated me very much. I watch the movie twice bt it was not enough. I think I will go one more time. Music is great since I had the soundtrack, I cant listen anything else. God job, well done everybody!!!

I was surprised as to how much I enjoyed watching this movie. I went in thinking it would be so-so, but it was better than I had anticipated. Needless to say I felt that my money was well spend.

Excellent movie - great performances of all actors, great work of a director... and amazing Ken Watanabe. He creates the spirit of the movie, makes Samurai`s values authentic. Deserves for Oscar.

Great scenery, but the U.S. twist to the movie ruined it (this is becoming a bad trend in movies). Tom Cruise was outclassed by the Japanese actors. Should have stuck to the original all-Japanese historical rendition of what took place. The battle scenes are very good!

It´s about something we have lost: honor and a very honest way of life
