The Fate of the Furious

Dwayne Johnson says the fans of the Fast and the Furious franchise are very loyal, but are also very vocal about what they want to see in the movies. He describes The Fate of the Furious as “a big, exciting fun movie,” and the scale of the action as the next level. Dwayne believes that people go to movies to escape into disbelief, which was why he jumped at the opportunity to film the death-defying chase scenes in the film. He also talks about the relationship he and Jason Statham formed on the set, cracking each other up with their character’s intimidating one-liners.
