Veronica Ghent (Alice Krige) decides to attend a retreat in the Scottish countryside with a young nurse, Desi (Kota Eberhardt). Veronica soon finds out that the campgrounds were previously used to burn women at the stake during the witch hunts. This seems to explain the haunting visions, dark thoughts, and dreams about her past traumas that Veronica has been experiencing. But does the land itself hold powers?
