In this trailer for Shazam!, Billy Batson (Asher Angel) is a foster kid who has run from foster homes in six counties. He is taken in by a new family with a foster kid named Freddy Freeman (Jack Dylan Grazer). Freddy has an obsession with superheroes but needs help fighting the bullies in school. Billy fights off the bullies for his foster sibling and escapes on a subway. A mysterious figure with superpowers appears to Billy and tells him to say "Shazam" and he'll be given all of his magical powers. Upon saying the name, Billy immediately turns into a grown man (Zachary Levi) with powers. He confides in Freddy and they test his powers.
