He's All That (Netflix)

Padgett Sawyer (Addison Rae) finds out her boyfriend Jordan has been cheating on her. Having "made over" Jordan, Padgett decides she's going to pick another guy and turn him into the next Prom King. Just so it's not too easy, her friends decide to pick the guy, and choose Cameron Kweller (Tanner Buchanan), who's scruffy and antisocial and in their eyes, "a disaster."
