Hacksaw Ridge

The official trailer for Hacksaw Ridge introduces us to Private Desmond T. Doss (Andrew Garfield). He says he always dreamed of being a doctor. We then see him refusing to use a gun at boot camp. Private Doss gets beaten up by his fellow recruits, and does not retaliate. He says that while the rest of the world is falling apart, he wants to put it back together. After Doss rescues his fellow soldiers from the battlefield, his comrades grow to admire him for his bravery.
