With the Climate Change Conference in Paris about to take place, I can't help but think that this film is very timely. We must try to get a grasp on making the earth return to something of it's former self and pressure world leaders to govern well and take care of their environments and their people. Some of the poor souls doing such backbreaking work was disturbing to witness.
A brilliant and beautiful portrait of the human impact on our climate and our water. Moving and insightful, this film achieves its impact without preaching. Rather, it tells the story through Burtynsky's art.
Boring
I am so tired of movies like this that try to teach what they think is their superior message.
the movie mourned the loss of nature`s intent as a result of man`s insatiable nature. however... very striking, beautiful, awesome and not depressing. it stays with you as a little warning.
