The Series of Unfortunate Events was the best movie in the whole world! Emily Browning and Liam Aiken were very good at acting as Violet and Klaus Baudelaire.

I thought the movie overall was great but I was terribly disappointed by the accuracy. Ah, well. I suppose I`ll stick with the pictures in my mind that I get when reading these books. It is becoming Harry Potter with all the merchandise, movies, spoilers, fake fans, desperate actor/actress lovers (though I must admit he is quite handsome) and haters! That`s just my ten cents. no, I`m not forty. I`m thirteen.

This is a very Good movie, it always made you wounder "WHY?" "BUT HOW?" And "Is That....". Around every corner there was a new adventure, a new friend, and new dangers. It was also funny. Like when the Stupid little elf came on first, I thought I was in the werong thater, but then It scratched it out and started the real story, but it was funny! Also At the end It leaves you thinking...... "What were they?, Is that the end of the group?, What dose that simbal mean?, Is there a second one to explaine all this?" I for one shure hope so! I give this movie: 4 stars, not perfect because of so meany unexplained things. -Marissa

Frankly I thought it disturbing and also terribly acted. True, the special effects and sets (blah, blah, blah) were awesome. But frankly, Jim Carrey through me off. And, oh yeah, I was rather bothered by an approximately 60 year old guy trying to marry a 14 year old. On top of all that, I sincerely felt like taking the advice given at the begining of the movie (snd the books) and walked out. Too bad I paid $5 for my ticket. It wasn`t worth it.
