I thought this movie was sooo cute. People who took it too seriously... come on. You are looking WAY too deep into it. Why not sit back and relax and enjoy the dancing penguins. It was cute! I wanted to take Happy Feet and just cuddle with him. Very cute!

I really enjoyed Happy Feet! I took my three boys ages 11, 8, and 6. They really liked it too. But I think my husband and I enjoyed it more. I am really surprised at people`s negative comments. It is offensive to wrap an anti-fishing, anti-religious message in a cartoon for children. We go to the movies to be entertained, not be preached at or ridiculed because of religious beliefs. The "old school" leaders are presented as rigid, narrow minded, and out of touch with reality. Although the message of conservation is a good one - it is presented in too one dimentional terms. Entertain - don`t lecture and ridicule.
