Michael Light (Mark Wahlberg), a professional adventure racer, takes on his last chance to win in the Adventure Racing World Championship. It is there that he meets a street dog he names Arthur the King, who follows his team of racers during their 435-mile journey through the Dominican Republic over 10 days. As Michael's team pushes themselves to the limit, Arthur is right there with them, showing them what true loyalty and dedication really is.
