Two strangers, Fred (Josh Ruben) and Fanny (Aya Cash) run into each other in the wilderness. They discover they're both out there to write. Fred learns that Fanny is a bestselling author. While working on his story back in his cabin, Fred's power goes out and Fanny shows up. To pass the time they decide to tell each other scary stories and order pizza. When he arrives, the delivery man decides to join in on their fun. Their stories soon turns into a competition of who is the better storyteller.
