In the first official trailer for A Perfect Day, in a war zone in the Balkans in 1995, an American aide worker (Tim Robbins) tries to joke with the local armed contingent, but they don't crack a smile. Undaunted, he and his fellow workers (Benicio Del Toro, Olga Kurylenko, Mélanie Thierry) work to clear a well of a dead body, despite opposition, in order to provide clean water to the locals.
