Meh..

User rating: December 24, 2008

very predictable!! he tells you whats going to happen in the first five minutes . i saw this one coming from miles and miles away through heavy fog. Ive never watched the time so much during a movie before. a snail past me 20 times smiled at me and then laughed at me before this snorer was done! overacted and very mellow dramatic . i say wait for it on network TV. at least you will have the commercials to help the pain. luckily i only paid $2 with a coupon, Id be angry if i had spent $10+ i guess what im saying is you should take a pass. N.D

slow, predictable and frankly rather dull. Wait for rental....and then miss it a second time

My daughter figured this movie out in the trailer we saw for it, but we went anyway. I really like Will Smith, and he did a good job acting, but it was very slow and dragged on. There was no suspense and very predictable. It just took too long to get to the ending that you knew was coming in the opening scene. Wait for it to come out on video. Its not oscar worthy that's for sure.

Great Movie. Amazing performances by Will smith and Rosario Dawson. A movie that will make you think alot, that nothing is trivial in our lives. Oscars?? why not. Totally loved it.

Although Will Smith is a good actor and Rosario Dawson is a (beautiful) lightweight, a Denzil and an Angelina, combined with a Clint Eastwood as the director, would have made this film a blockbuster. It still good enough though to not leave the theater, but barely.

Let's call it "Seven Pounds of Garbage" or "Seven Hours of Overacting", or "Seven minutes into the movie, I shoud have walked out."

Agreed with everyone else here...movie just dragged on and on, and on - the premise and idea was brilliant, but the way it unfolded was very dissappointing and really not so "secretive" or compelling. Get ready for some OVERACTING. Save it for rental.
