The Magnificent Seven (1960)
A small Mexican village comprised of farmers is oppressed by bandits. The village gets together and sends three of their farmers to the United States to search for gunmen to defend them. They wind up hiring seven, each of whom comes for a different reason.
Based on Akira Kurosawa's 1954 Japanese film Seven Samurai.
