Tom McGrath tells interviewer Alexandra Heilbron what his inspiration was for The Boss Baby sequel, The Boss Baby: Family Business. He reveals that for the roles of adult Tim and his daughter Tabitha, he looked for actors who could sing, and found them in James Marsden and Ariana Greenblatt.
