Dirty theater
August 12, 2019
Went for movie preview. Theater is in bad need of renovations. Seats were filthy & carpet is olD & dirty inside seating area. Theater had musty, old smell. Bathrooms were clean, however.
Dirty Seats
December 26, 2018
It’s bad when your kids don’t want to sit on the seats because they are scared to catch something! It’s filthy in the actual theaters. Although the entrance really sells you.😮Its 9:35 and our 9:25 movie has not come on. Paid to look at a non-working screen.
Sticky Railings
October 21, 2018
Avoid touching the railings and you probably won’t come out with a disease. This theater seems to have corrected it’s super high sound volume problem, so you probably won’t go deaf here anymore. It’s probably pretty safe to go here all else considered.
Not a great experience
February 14, 2018
I come here regularly because its close to my house and I enjoy movies. That being said, more than a few times I have had issues up to and including movies not starting at all, sound not working, the screens not opening? ( drapes staying closed on the sides ) and anytime I have walked out to talk to customer service they never seem surprised or that they care. The only positive customer experience I had was when renewing my stubs membership and they made a mistake they gave me a free ticket... which was nice but I also just made a paid membership so I guess I paid either way. TL:DR This is a really poorly managed theater, the equipment is up to date so go into it with low expectations and things will probably turn out ok.
Worst Customer Service!!!!
December 27, 2017
The employees are rude and disrespectful to patrons. My boyfriend and I were cursed by a female employee when we express how horrible their customer service was. This location is disgusting with popcorn all over the lobby floor, and sticky floors. The only person that I would hire at my establishment is Kristina, the manager on duty. Kristina deserves to work at a better establishment than this dollar movie theater with an AMC sticker on the building.
