Canadian Coast Guard Commissioner Jody Thomas reveals what Canadian rescuers go through and compares their experiences to what happens in The Finest Hours, which is the story of several members of the U.S. Coast Guard who rescue sailors from a ship that’s sinking in frigid waters off the coast of Massachusetts.
