David (Alex Pettyfer), who works as a valet, falls for privileged girl Jade Butterfield (Gabriella Wilde). Jade is a bookworm who doesn’t have much experience with boys. When he invites her for a ride in a convertible that belongs to one of his customers, Jade falls for his carefree ways. David is invited to Jade’s house for dinner, and when Mr. Butterfield asks about David’s future plans, David responds with “I don’t need much, a nice girl to come home to.” Jade’s father is less than impressed and when he searches David's past, he finds out about his criminal history.
