Much better than anticipated. Amazing how a director can create tension when you know the ending! Incredibly well plotted out - Cruise could have been a distraction but he did well with the role - all the Brit actors were supurb.

Great Movie!!! I thought, could have picked a better actor for the role of von Stauffenberg (Cruise). British accents, as many mentioned were not a great addition. Overall, movie was great, storyline and events very similar and relevant to the true events.

I was disappointed. Germans with British accents was pretty lame. Didn't seem to flow...was slow and sluggish. Tom Cruise's performance was stiff and lacked depth.

Good movie... but why do all the soldiers have a British accent?!

Excellent portrayal of Germans who were against the Hitler regime. There are very few movies that do that. The entire movie is very intense, eventhought the outcome is known.

The story was good, but the distraction of Tom Cruise who is a one dimentional actor at best took away from an otherwise good cast...the majority of Cruise's past work did not warrent his presence in this movie and any other choice would have improved the result. B.Collrin,London Ontario,Canada

I really liked this movie, but found my unfamiliarity with German names to be a downfall. In the end, my sister and I were whispering, "Who's that guy?" when they were showing the names and execution dates. I really liked Tom Cruise in this role, and loved the ridiculous mix of German, British and American accents because it showed that the story was so good and the suspense so powerful that you had to suspend your disbelief at the actors' accents. LOVED it, and will definitely go to see it again with my husband.
