I thought it was a FUN movie. I like to see strong women kick some butt. She certainly did that. It won`t win awards but ENTERTAINING it is

Loved the action! There are some plot issues that I wonder about. Maybe I`ll catch more when I watch it on DVD.

I still don`t get the story of the movie two days after I saw it. All I can remember is guns and bullets all stored in the tiny device. Very Very disappointed. so, did they find the cure, anyone?? coz cure means no more super power.

The preveiws were the best part of the movie, the effects were far below any standards, acting was bland, and the plot was choppy

This was one of the worst movies i have ever seen! It was pretty much all animated. the story was also very far fetched. If i were you i would not wast my money or time on this movie!

Ultraviolet is filled with stunning visuals and amazing action. But it doesn`t make up for the terrible script and an OK plot. Milla Jovovich is not a very good actress and the rest of the actors in the film weren`t very good either. I wouldn`t recommend this film at all. One of the worst movies so far for 2006.

For those of you that said this movie was horrible, I am not quite sure what you were expecting. From the trailers, I was expecting a movie with "Equilibrium-style" martial arts and gunplay. I was also expecting Milla Jovovich to provide fluid, graceful movements and kick all-other-butts-that-needed-kicking. I was not disappointed. Although she must have been extremely uncomfortable Milla looks amazing and Kurt (Wimmer the director) even kicked it up a notch by shooting her with the old Star Trek TV series soft-focus lens technique. The CGI was...goofy (especially during the motorcycle-cityscape scene) in places but I did not go for

okay... I love Kurt and his last movie Equilibrium, and I had a pretty high expectation going into this movie. I was disappointed in the most part. First of all, the computer graphics look very rough, the physics seems fake (i.e. objects movement is so unreal, no matter how hard I tried, they look like polygons flying instead of a real object.) The plot itself is, well, if you like Hollywood sci-fi action, I guess you aren`t expecting any, and I`ll leave it at that. The fight scences without computer graphics are above average, which is the only positive in this film. The whole movie is an bad amalgamation of good old-fashion fight scences
