Troy is one of the greatest epic movies I`ve ever seen since Gladitor. The amazing battle scenes and we see one of the greatest love stories ever to be told. Orlando Bloom, Brad Pitt and Eric Bana make this movie a must see action flick with hunks.

This is one of the best movies ever made! Way better then Gladiator and Braveheart (which I love both)! The story was amazing, excellent battle scences, the special effects were breathtaking and all the actors/actresses preformed with perfection! Brad Pitt is BACK, and with his best performance ever! AMAZING! This movie was everything I expected it to be. Since I love Greek Mythology and the story of Troy, I didn`t think it would, but it was beyond my expectations! Brad Pitt was a definite plus! MUST SEE FILM!!

It was a good movie on its own merit, but it was an awful adaptation of the Iliad and parts of the Odyssey. They couldn`t even say based upon Homer`s book, it was only inspired by. I was very dissapointed that they took out the Gods, but they did a good job of conveying the fear and respect that people gave the gods. I realize that attempting this movie was a huge undertaking, and it would be impossible to encompass the whole event, so on its own it was a great film. My only fear is that people who don`t know the real story will take this as the truth and thus thousands of years of history has been changed by one film.
