I thought it sucked. It was dragged out too long and emphasized on all the wrong things. I wouldn`t ever waste 3 and a half hours of my time again to watch this. And neither should you. It is again, a waste of time and money. And it was boring too. Not enough excitement or action for me. :(

Best movie of the 3. I plan on seeing it a couple more times. Of the 3 its the one that is closest to the book and the end was very nice. This trilogy is the best ever, even better than the original Star Wars trilogy!

AMAZING, better than the first two. I am going again in theaters, which i didn`t for the first two. Was worth the marathon! It added a lot to see both extended versions before the ROTK, but not nessesary.

The ending was true to the book (with what Jackson included) it needed to be there for the fans of the book, because that is how the story ends. It did not drag, it was emotional and true. And to say that these movies suck or are a strech even for fantasy read the book, and open your eyes to the meaning of hope that is a constant throughout and indulge yourself in fantastic writing and imagination.
