I wanted this to be a good movie. I was willing to overlook something things based on the stylish cinematography and CG but I can only forgive so much. I am a fan of the TV series and yes, this not the TV series, you can't put everything into a short movie but this missed the mark. There were so many OOC (out of character) moments and some major cultural conflicts that were tossed or simply glossed over that the heart and soul of Avatar:the Last Bender is gone. Save your money and buy the series DVDs.
Saw this movie with my kid last night and there is no reason to pay the extra money to see it in 3D. The 3D surcharge is a money grab for this film. Go 2D and buying yourself an extra snack.
I liked the movie a little bit.
I thought it was boring.
I thought it was okay, but the script wasn't very good, and it was not a very good adaption of the tv show it's based on.
Awesome movie! Follows the actual cartoon/comic very well. Noah ringer did a good job as the Avatar, though you can tell he is still a fairly new actor by his acting skills. Overall I love the movie and give it 5 Stars!
This movie was written by children!!
Great movie!!? I want to go and see it again!!
AMAZING..... Grown Up's Be A KID..cripe.. just like the Grown Up's The movie.. yeah yeah!! :)
Poor fight choreography and the best fight scenes are in the trailer. The story could have been more polished as well.
