I thought it would be better than I thought.

The movie was your standard action film- not too cerebral, just fun and loud. But, other than a couple of cool special 3D effects- there was NO reason for this movie to be 3D.

Excellent movie for sci-fi / action fans, plot was well laid out and once the premise was established the action was fast paced.

Very entertaining movie. The Moscow setting made for a pleasant change from the usual NYC or L.A. Well worth the money.

I see all these comments of it could have been better and that the acting was poor but I feel it was a very good movie and should at least deserve 3 stars. I find it was a good plot and I find the ending was very fairly touching, though I do wish there were more survivors and there should have been more fighting against the aliens because I do love a good fight it was good enough to satisfy me in the end.
