the avengers gets 5 stars but 3d definitely makes it lose points. this is a great movie, but the 3d does nothing for it. at no point in the movie was i glad that a scene was in 3d. i really hope movies stop with this crap. saying a movie is in 3d is like saying a pop up book is 3d. it's the same thing! go watch the the avengers. it has action, humor, heart and story. but do not watch it in 3d. totally useless.

the movie was amazing ... people on here rating it low just to try to be different or think your being intellectually more sound. you need to understand movies better and not need to be baby feed every plot. think you can just enjoy a movie?
