this was the last time i have baked beans before a movie.
even worse in 3-d.
as was the original, a visual treat, and likewise, acting very 'comic book' (yes, master) and given the odd alien character jar-jar binks, quite a bit intolerably too much of a 'kiddie-factor' (sell more toys) as well as 'polite smile' for those of "diverse cultures... a 'happy' expression with saliva flying all over". the 3d was very balanced, and not eye-popping extreme. i did fall asleep this time round for the 'races'... but enjoyed the rest.
honestly..if you dont like this movie then you're not a star wars fan! i loved every minute of it!
Not impressed with 3D. Didn't feel the sence of floating in space like u do in avatar. Also i was really hoping to see the pod racing come alive and really stick out, but nothing. Not going to the rest of them if they come to theatres.
i am now a huge star wars fan, yet i saw this movie but just not in 3d, if people think the 2d version was bad, then you dont know much about movies or you expect too much, sure it isnt perfect and you can always change a few things to make the plot better, but it was an entertainment movie to watch and to have in your collection.
as a star wars fan, even though this is considered the worst of all 6 (and i agree), there are parts of this movie, such as the pod race, or any scene darth maul is in, that admittedly look pretty sick in 3d. and some of below comments are right-- you know you'll go see it. looking forward to empire strikes back...
this is one of the worst star wars movie ever. there was no character development, the story has huge holes in it, and jar jar binks was in it.
money grab.
it was ok because of big screen.....but a waste of 18$ as my new 3d tv "samsung" converts all to 3d
