It was good for a vampire Movie . I give 3/5 popcorn kernels. Gl

Outstanding actors (Paul Bettany, Maggie Q, Christopher Plummer, Karl Urban) but at times it was too dark. The special effects were... vampire creatures were often times overly repulsive, way over the top. If a child were accidentally to see them, perhaps years of nightmares would occur?

I actually really enjoyed this movie and thought it was better than Thor. Sure, there is little in terms of character development. but this movie had action, intense fight scenes and one wicked villain. At first the plot seems weak, but when you get the full picture, it actually makes sense and is sweet!

HELLO people, this is a vampire movie, not based on real life, so don't go in expecting a thought provoking plot line. If you don't like vampire movies don't go see one. In my opinion vampire movies should be scary and maybe a little bloody. If you want a good storyline/characters go see a drama.

Sam Raimi actually did produce this, you can find the details pretty much everywhere on the internet. But it is nothing to brag about, since Spiderman Movies are not that great to begin with. Like many people mentioned earlier, this movie is flat and fall short on characters. If they ever do plan to make a sequel, which I do not mind, they better get a new writer to write the god dam scripts!

O yes, Sam Raimi did produce this, check it on IMDB, Rotten Tomatoes, or Wiki. The info here is not complete. And the movie is just about average fun.

I don't have the energy to write a bad review...just trust us when we say this sucked...

I was very disappointed with this movie. We were not entertained in spite of Paul Bettany being one of my favorite actors. It was too short, maybe 80 minutes, the story was poor and the ending left everyone in the theatre asking "Is that it?"

I don't often hate movies but i had to make an exception to this, and by the way Sam Raimi did not produce it. This movie was jsut awful, a talented cast wasted with the exception of Maggie Q. The CGI was decent but the movie had no characterization and the actors were bland. If Bettany were more wooden he'd be planted in the ground. The climax was okay but the rest of hte film was not. My advice rent the DVD and watch the last thirty mintues and not the rest becasue it was such a huge disappointement
