It was a very heart-felt movie.
Definitely a magical story. The filming was beautiful and the characters were all lovely. I loved the classic Parisian setting. Ben Kingsley is always at his best and Asa Butterfield was wonderful.
magical!!!!!!!!!!!
One of the best films of the year, Hugo is a family film from the master of dark adult drama, Martin Scorsese. The story of the titular orphan - who tries to solve the workings of an automation that is the last link he has to his father and winds up learning the secrets of film's first visionary, Georges Melies - is a tale about finding family and following one's dreams. Scorsese uses 3D not as a gimmick, but rather as one tool in his storyteller's kit. The result is a film that is as beautiful to look at - and feel a part of - as it is to feel. The superb cast is highlighted by its youngest members, Asa Butterfield as Hugo and Chloe Moretz as Isabelle, as well as number of brillian
excellent film..beautifully shot...a great story!!
Excellent movie! Makes you think twice about how much others' views of you can affect you postively or negatively!
Hugo was one of the most unique movie experiences in a long time.I really enjoyed the different media formats used throughout the movie, and the storyline remained interesting til the end. Martin Scorsese has created another great movie.
I loved this movie. The endearing storyline and characters just swept me along. Go with your kids - you'll all love it.
Beautiful movie. Scorscese at his best. 3D actually adds to the film instead of being a gimick
Best movie I've seen in decades. Can't wait to see how many Oscars it pulls in. True excellence in every aspect.
