This was my first 3D movie experience which was amazing just by itself. The action starts right away and keeps you riveted throughout. The special effects were great. I always enjoy Sandra Bullock anyway and this was a departure from her more recent films.

This is a fabulous movie. You really feel like you are in outer space. The characters seem very real and likeable. You feel their emotion. The excitement and challenges will keep the audience enthralled. One of the best of the year.
