I literally give this movie a ? ? ? ? ?stars because it's finally time you get to see a good old fashion action movie!!remember those?? from start to finish well that's what you will get. no character development just straight to the point!!if u want the 3D and best action experiment, this movie is for you!!

This was one of the worst movies I have been to in ages. The story is very slow and dispite a few stunnging visuals - I'd like a refund. No better than the origional, just as bad.

bloody, stylish, cool, and a huge upgrade to the original (now dated looking) stallone version. this is to dredd what nolans batman was to the 80's version, a grittier, more serious, and all around update worthy of a theatre visit. i can't believe it hasnt sold better, it deserves an audience !! highly recommended.

Visually stunning. Violent but not too cheesy. Great date movie.

Better than the original.

lol. expected nothing more than rehash cgi update of old judge-dredd-s-stallone blow-away-thugs-butts. instead this was more sophisticated dystopian future where judge-jury-executioner excuse for violence genre justice confined by quotable laws, not just snap 'i'm the law alone' logic. great train-a-rookie story. visually stunning w/ extreme dilapidated urban grungy ghetto mega-complex-condo-slums. brutally graphic to the extreme: comicbook color & exquisite slo-motion gave gruesome violence an art look to it. best in 3D! future classic. awesome! worth the see.
