Not scary at all. There are some shocking pop ups, but that`s all you can rely on for a little scare. They tried to make certain parts mysterious (the little girl), but it turns out quite cheesy and predictable. It`s nothing that keeps you on the edge of your seat. You know when something will happen and you know when to prepare yourself because it`s VERY obvious (like when the closet opens)..DUH

Boogeyman was such an amazing movie!!! I`d highly reccomend it to anyone in the mood for a fantastic horror/suspence/thriller movie. I`d rate it 5 stars!
