Makes you connect with the human fragility.

This film was fantastic! It shows such raw reality. The stories are well-connected and shows how everyone is just doing what they think is best, and instead finding themselves in trouble. This is definitely a unique film. It maintains an interesting theme about communication. Nice to see such diversity of cultures and the common human spirit. Go see it, it`s a great movie!!!

Please GO SEE this movie. To the people who didn`t like the movie, and still sat through it, i commend you for giving it a try. but to those saying it too long, i dont understand how a 3.5 hour lord of the rings movie can be loved my many, but a 2.5 hour babel cannot. anyway, BABEL is great, you just have to be in the mood for it. it is slow and it`s a thinking piece. go see it if your in a thinking kind of mood, if not, skip it for later.

Real stories, pure emotionnal treatments. We just adore that movie. We will recommend it to our closest friends. We doubt that everyone will appreciate it as it should and it is too bad.

This is a master piece. Not because of special effects, because of the real emotions it shows. Even if anybody should see it, not everyone will appreciate it. I rated in 6 stars out of 5 !

I thought this movie was beautifully done. The characters were stripped of the subtle veneer that is apparent in typical Hollywood films, and were left with raw emotion. Definitely not a mainstream film, but one that challenges what you believe in. It`s too bad that some are dismissing it as `depressing` because this film is so much more than a word. The acting throughout was top notch, and I applaud the director for his efforts.

Oscar material. This movie is a wonder. It is my favorite movie of 2006. Last year, the movie I appreciated the most was "Crash" with Sandra Bullock.
