Beyond the Hills

Alina (Cristina Flutur) and Voichita (Cosmina Stratan) became friends when they lived in the same orphanage, eventually falling in love. However, Alina moved to Germany to escape poverty while Voichita stayed behind. When Alina returns to bring her love back home with her, she finds Voichita, who now lives in a convent, refuses to leave.
