Kenneth, a likable but paranoid supermarket clerk, believes he's solved the riddle of time travel and places an ad on Craigslist looking for a suitable companion to accompany him.

Two Seattle Magazine interns and their boss decide to contact Kenneth in order to get the story firsthand, with one of them posing as a potential candidate.
