In a magical world where brownies, sorcerers, trolls, and other mystical creatures flourish, Princess Kit (Ruby Cruz) is less than thrilled about her arranged marriage to Prince Graydon (Tony Revolori), whom she's never met before. However, before the marriage can take place, the palace is attacked and Kit's twin brother Prince Airk (Dempsey Bryk) is kidnapped.

Together with Grayson, her best friend Jade (Erin Kellyman), Boorman (Amar Chadha-Patel), kitchen maid Dove (Ellie Bamber) and the sorcerer Willow Ufgood (Warwick Davis), Kit sets off on a dangerous quest to places far beyond their homeland, where they must face their inner demons and come together to save Airk, and their world.

Based on the classic 1988 feature film about an aspiring magician from a Nelwyn village and an infant girl destined to unite the realms, who together helped destroy an evil queen and banish the forces of darkness.
