To escape paying a penalty for tax evasion, Fred Barthel, the head of a Parisian communications agency, agrees to move his offices and employees to La Courneuve, a disadvantaged neighborhood. Lost and worried, Fred will have to learn to trust Sami, a young local, to introduce him and his team to the habits and customs of their new work environment.
