The Plane

Charly, an eight-year-old boy, receives a model plane as a gift from his father, an aeronautic engineer. When his father dies suddenly in an accident, Charly finds out that the plane can really fly, and has an inner red glow, which leads Charly to believe that the plane can think, too. Was it a secret project his father was working on in his lab, or is Charly just imagining the plane’s special qualities to cope with the trauma of losing his dad?

His mother believes it’s all in Charly’s imagination, and she’s afraid he’s going to risk his life by trying to take flight with the plane. But when something incredible happens, she begins to wonder….
