Rosie (2000)

Rosie (Coppens) is a 14-year-old girl sent to a juvenile detention centre. The film focuses on both the events that led her there, her relationship with her 27-year-old mother (Roo) who insists they have the relationship of sisters, and the young man she befriends and hopes will sweep her off her feet.
