Kelly Asbury - Gnomeo & Juliet Interview

It's been a long haul but director Kelly Asbury is proud to present his new 3D animated feature Gnomeo & Juliet to the world. The film, which was mainly done by the Toronto-based Starz Animation, is produced by music legend Sir Elton John and his husband, Torontonian David Furnish. Gnomeo & Juliet is loosely based on Shakespeare's classic tragedy, Romeo and Juliet—but this time we're dealing with forbidden love between feuding garden gnomes!

Tribute spoke with Kelly in London, England about working with Elton John, the appeal of the story and gnome fever.
