Josh Ward approved the behavior of employees biased behavior. According to his response regarding an customer service incident, his conclusion was reached from information completely received from employees and their friends. He is an awful representation for VIP customer service. Please read the reviews, I did not pay attention until it happened to me. It not family friendly. The manager, Crystal, shouted at me to "SHUT UP" SAD SAD SAD SAD . VIP LOST PRESENT AND FUTURE MONEY FROM ME AND COLLEAGUES

Crystal rude contacted Josh Ward, Director of Operations, about the matter and he validated the employees rudeness. It is not an environment for family and I, myself should have read the reviews before going but we don't think about these things until it happens to us. The environment is bias. Don't take your money there. The establishment caters to the attitudes of the 50's and 60's era. Please BEWARE. The entire VIP MOVIE EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL. POLICE WAS CALLED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE WHICH REMINDED ME OF SCARE TACTICS USED ON CIVIL RIGHTS PROTESTERS. *DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY *
