I love this little movie theater! It reminds me of going to the movies when I was a kid. The seats are perfect. It's almost never too crowded and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Don't pass up a chance to catch a flick at the Lighthouse Theatre if your ever visiting Pacific Grove. Their popcorn is the best ever! I take my family and we have a great experience.

The overall theatre experience is extraordinary. Comfy seats with great soundstage. The theatre is one I seek out every time I go to the movies. They offer classic movies, kids shows, cultural gems and more than just the standard blockbuster offerings. The concession stand is good, but doesn’t offer anything really more than what you would expect. The staff is well trained and seem to actually like their job. A few are movie buffs with good insight into the experience you are about to encounter. Overall, it is a very cool movie theatre that sets the stage for any show you are going to see.
Nice, quiet "hometown" feel

Very quiet place. On a Thursday there were like 10 people in the theatre. Very nice! Seats were pretty good, concessions overpriced like everywhere else. Service was typical for showing up 5m before it started, as the ticketed was also running the concessions as well. Screen quality was good, and the sound was just right.
Couldn't even get in....

Showed up 20 min after movie started, 830 pm. They had cleared out the register. But the money upstairs, and were not going to let any latecomers in. I offer the 20 I had, told them they could keep the change. But they still insisted I was not going o see my show. The sidewalks in town were Not even rolled up yet!,
