In this trailer for The Intruder, a young married couple (Michael Ealy, Meagan Good) buy a house from longtime owner Charlie Peck (Dennis Quaid). He seems congenial enough, but after they move in, they find to their surprise that Charlie is outside, mowing the grass. He seems a little off, especially when he starts to order them around as to what they can do with "his" house. It soon becomes clear that Charlie is going to be a problem — a very dangerous problem.
