Pete's Dragon

In the official trailer for Pete’s Dragon, Grace (Bryce Dallas Howard) discovers that a young orphan boy named Pete (Oakes Fegley) has been living in the forest for six years with the help of Elliot, Pete’s best friend and dragon.  

We see the close bond of friendship between Elliot and Pete as well as the community’s skeptical reaction to the dragon. Grace promises Pete that he doesn’t need to run anymore, while Gavin (Karl Urban) declares the dragon is dangerous and he will hunt him down. The trailer ends with the community chasing after Elliot and Pete enthusiastically encouraging him to fly away! 

The trailer is filled with action, adventure and the magical bond of friendship.
