Orphan: First Kill

This prequel to the successful horror film, Orphan (2009), explains the origins of Leena  Klammer (Isabella Fuhrman), a woman who, due to a medical condition, looks like a young girl. She is welcomed into the life of the Mauerova family after posing as their daughter Esther, who went missing four years ago. What was originally a happy reunion turns violent as they realize Esther is not who she says she is.
