I Know This Much is True (HBO)

Dominick (Mark Ruffalo) has cared for his twin brother Thomas (also Mark Ruffalo) their entire lives. Thomas is a paranoid schizophrenic and has been in an out of institutions. The breaking point comes with Thomas is once again hospitalized, but Dom fails to see how mentally ill his brother really is. While people are telling Dominick to let Thomas get the help he needs, Dominick struggles with abandoning his brother in the hospital.
