Cecile de France is a big movie star in Europe but when she got the opportunity to work in North America on Clint Eastwood's new film, Hereafter, there was absolutely no hesitation on her part. The Belgian-born actress is one of the leads in the supernatural drama about people who have been touched by death in different ways.

Tribute's Bonnie Laufer spoke with Cecile in New York about working with Clint and her co-star Matt Damon, and how she prepared for her role as Marie, a very complicated and challenging character.
