Tim Templeton (James Marsden) and his little brother Ted (Alec Baldwin) have grown up and grown apart. Tim's baby daughter turns out to be just as much of a Boss Baby as Ted was, and uses a formula to turn the brothers back into little boys for 48 hours to get their help with a global problem.
