The trailer for Little Women begins during the Civil War, when aspiring writer Jo (Saoirse Ronan) aims to write a novel about her life and her three sisters, Meg (Emma Watson), Beth (Eliza Scanlen) and Amy (Florence Pugh). Each of her sisters have big dreams, but society has taught them that as women, their main goal is to marry a wealthy man. When Jo is advised that the female character in her novel must be married by the end, she intends to prove that women are capable of more.
